Chile Poblano (Chili Po-blah-no) - Authentic chili pepper stuffed with cheese topped with sauce.

Quesadilla (Kay-sah-dee-yah) - Grilled flour tortilla filled with cheese.

Tostada (Tos-tah-dah) - Flat corn tortilla topped with beef, lettuce, cheese and tomato.
